Extract an R-R interval (sec) from a Wahoo WFHeartrateRawData object. The object contains beat time and beat count information that has to be tracked to see if an update actually happened.

Parameters:

WFHeartrateRawData

object returned by the Wahoo API

Returns:

An R-R interval in seconds
